Having decided to lose weight, we looked for the fastest diet - the fastest, the simplest, the safest, the most effective. But more often than not, the diet is fast, safe, effective, or simple. However, among all the diets, you can find several diets that combine the advantages of different diets and minimal disadvantages. About such diets, most diets, and will be discussed further.

The simplest diet

The simplest diet is a diet, foods and products that you do not have to choose and cook over a long period of time, the regimen is easy to follow and does not require additional procedures (such as enemas used in some diets). The simplest diet consists of regular foods prepared in the usual way (unless there are restrictions, such as the exclusion of fried, fatty, spicy foods, sweets, pickles, smoked meats and canned foods, flour, potatoes, soda, starch, alcohol). Diet is the simplest - this is the usual restriction of calorie intake and exclusion of harmful foods. Depending on the time you have planned to lose weight, limit your diet to 200-500 kcal a day, excluding snacks, drink more green tea and you will lose around 3-5 kg per month.

The other simplest diet is a diet based on kefir and a combination of kefir with other products (with oatmeal, buckwheat, apples, grapefruit, and the like). The duration of such a diet, as a rule, is not more than 2 weeks, weight loss reaches 5-7 kg, but keep in mind that the kefir diet, like the mono diet, is not the safest diet. Their food is unbalanced, and the menu doesn’t vary, so you shouldn’t get carried away with them.

The other simplest diet is a balanced diet. This diet is the simplest, because, on the one hand, this clearly regulates your diet, on the other hand, it gives room for choice. The menu is arranged according to the following formula:

  • breakfast: 100-150 g of cereals or cereals, up to 50 g of dried fruit, nuts or honey, up to 150 g of protein foods (eggs, meat, fish, dairy products), tea or coffee without sugar;
  • second breakfast: fruit, vegetable or fermented milk products;
  • lunch: low-fat soup with vegetables or grains, meat, chicken or fish in boiled or roasted form or in the form of cuts of meat or meatballs, for garnish-beans, vegetables in any form, cereals or baked potatoes, compote or juice, for dessert - fruit or fruit pudding, jelly;
  • afternoon snacks: dairy products of fruits, vegetables or fermentation (must be different from the second breakfast);
  • dinner: up to 200 g of protein foods (other than lunch) or porridge from cereals or legumes, vegetables or fruits;
  • before bed: fermented milk products.

Eating according to this formula will allow you to eat healthily and healthily and acquire a beautiful slender figure, although the result will have to wait for several months (depending on your weight). In addition, this is one of the safest diets, there are practically no contraindications, it can be observed at any age and with any health condition (except for allergies or diseases for which a therapeutic diet is indicated). The advantage of this diet is a diet without weight gain - however, this nutritional formula is nothing more than a healthy balanced diet; when your weight returns to normal, continue to eat according to this formula and you will stay slim.

If we talk about the diet without weight gain, one inevitably remembers the Atkins diet and the Kremlin diet. This is not the simplest diet, but in its structure there are separate stages aimed at weight loss and its subsequent stabilization. So, if you want to lose weight permanently, pay attention to this diet, the best diet without weight loss.

The safest diet

weight gain while following the diet itself

The safest diet, as a rule, is not the fastest and does not promise good results in a short time. For safe weight loss, the body needs time, without endangering health, you can lose weight no more than 1, 5 kg per week, so the safest diet will not give you 6-8 kg per week. But if you choose a safe diet, you can not only lose extra pounds, but also preserve and improve your health.

One of the safest diets has been discussed above. There are other diets, the point is quite simple: you eat every day as usual (excluding unhealthy foods), and limit your diet to 500 kcal 2 days a week. Therefore, you will lose weight by 2-4 kg per month without endangering your health.

In general, it is not so difficult to distinguish the safest diet from foods that can harm you: if the diet is very limited in the amount of food eaten and entire food groups are excluded from it (e. g. , meat or grains), then such a diet is unsafe. If the diet contains all the necessary products from plants and animals, there are liquid, hot foods, foods from raw foods, fast carbohydrates (honey, berries, sweet fruits, nuts, dried fruits), and calorie content of the dietthis diet is at least 1300-1500 kcal a day, so this diet is the safest.

The most difficult diet

This diet is the worst, not everyone can withstand it, it is very difficult to tolerate and can endanger your health.

The first place among the most difficult diets can be given to the abc diet (Ana Boot Camp) - this is a long -term diet with extreme calorie intake restrictions (on the most "full" days are allowed to eat no more than 800 kcal) and periodic hunger strikes. You can call this diet the most dangerous - even fasting in water does not harm the body than the abc diet.

Even among the worst diets, one can name all mono diets and diets on a limited group of foods - even if the foods that make up the diet satisfy hunger, you start to experience severe discomfort from the monotonous menu on day 2-3, and on day 5-6 you're already starting to hate what you're eating. Not everyone can switch to such a diet.

The other most difficult diet is "3 eggs 2 oranges. " As the name suggests, your daily diet is limited to 3 eggs and 2 oranges or the same amount of grapefruit. Such a diet is the most real hunger strike, and although the products used in it are very useful in themselves, too few. The caloric content of such a diet does not exceed 450-480 kcal per day, with a norm of 2000 kcal, that is, this diet does not provide the body's energy needs even with ¼!

How to choose the best diet

When choosing a diet, don’t believe the reviews of friends and girlfriends - a diet that suits them may not necessarily be right for you. Choosing the best food for yourself, first answer a few questions to yourself: how much time do you give to lose weight and how many kilograms do you want to lose, are you ready to continue cooking diet foods, or do you not have time tothese, are you able to eat 5-6 times a day, are you going to exercise, which foods are easy you exclude from the diet, and which foods are the hardest for you to break down, do you have internal organ diseases and other contraindications to the diet. . .

The answers to these questions determine which diet is right for you.
